Sign up here with a username, your email address and a password. You need to be 13 or older. We send a link to your email: open it to confirm your address.

Your username is for logging in to the website and the launcher. Other players don't see it: they see your Toon's name. Usernames are 3 to 20 letters, numbers or underscores, and can't be changed later.

It's how you get back in if you forget your password, how we tell you when you're in the Alpha, and how you confirm deleting your account. The link works for 3 days; you can send a new one from your account page.

On your account page, enter the new address and your password. We send a link to the new address. Your old address stays on the account until you confirm the new one, and if it was confirmed we also let it know about the change.

Toon Valley is in a closed Alpha: we let players in a few at a time while we squash bugs. Anyone can make an account, but the download unlocks once your account has Alpha access.

If you have a key, enter it on your account page. If not, join the Alpha list (you need a confirmed email) and we'll email you when it's your turn. Your account page shows your place on the list.

Once your account has Alpha access, download the launcher from the download page and open Toon-Valley-Setup.exe. It needs Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Log in, and the launcher downloads the game the first time.

Yes: the installer isn't signed by a big company yet, so Windows doesn't know it. Click More info, then Run anyway. Only run installers you downloaded from this website.

When there's an update, the launcher shows Update. It downloads only the files that changed and checks each one before using it. You never need a new installer for game updates.

Press Repair in the launcher: it checks every game file and fixes any that are broken. If that doesn't help, report the bug with what you saw.

Check your username (it's your account name, not your Toon's name) and your password, including capital letters. Still stuck? Reset your password.

After 20 wrong passwords, logging in to that account is paused for 15 minutes, to stop anyone guessing it. Wait a little, then try again, or reset your password.

A login lasts up to 12 hours on the website, or until you close the tab. Changing your password also logs you out everywhere else, including the launcher.

Your account works, but it can't play until it has Alpha access. See the Alpha.

Use Forgot your password? with your username or email. If your account has a confirmed email, we send it a link to choose a new password; it works for an hour. No confirmed email? Write to support@toonvalley.net.

On your account page, type your current password once and your new password twice. It needs at least 8 characters and can't be your username. You'll be logged out everywhere else, and if your email is confirmed we'll send you a note about the change.

Only on this website and in the launcher. We never ask for it by email or on Discord, and we never send it to you: we don't know it, we only keep a scrambled copy.

1. Log in and go to Delete account on your account page.
2. Enter your password. We email a link to your confirmed address. Your account isn't deleted yet.
3. Open the link within 60 minutes and press Delete my account, then confirm.

You need a confirmed email address, so that only you can delete your account.

Don't open the link: nothing happens without it, and it stops working after 60 minutes. You can also press Cancel, keep my account on your account page.

Once your account is deleted, you can't log in to it, and its password, email address and Alpha access are removed. Your username becomes free, so someone new could sign up with it, but they start fresh: they don't get your Toons. Deleting can't be undone.
